Description
THERMOTOP is an innovative variable thickness thermal insulation board made of PIR foam (polyisocyanuric), recommended in any thermal insulation. Manufactured according to the highest quality standards, THERMOTOP tiles are based on a modern thermal insulation system, which turns them into the best alternative to classic polystyrene products. Can be used in thermoinsulation, thermal rehabilitation, envelope or plating of buildings.
Thermotop BV – BV is a high performance PIR core insulation board with a cover of two BV &ndash sheets; membrane with the role of vapor barrier. Exterior walls are the areas with the largest share of total heat loss for a building. The most important application of Thermotop BV & ndash; BV tiles is: thermoinsulation of external walls by mechanical grip and/or adhesive.
Thermotop BV – BV is suitable for traditional mesh and plaster insulation systems.
▪ High efficiency rigid foam thermal insulation boards with a certified thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK
▪ Product without expanding agents with CFK/HCFK and with low emission foil coverage
▪ Suitable for new construction and renovation projects
▪ Fire reaction class D
▪ Possibility to produce with L-type joint that ensures continuity Thermoinsulation quality and avoids thermal bridge phenomenon.
Advantages Thermotop, compared to traditional thermoinsulation materials:
• Maintaining resistance and thermotechnical parameters for several decades;
• Low board thickness in relation to thermal resistance ensured, compared to other insulating materials;
• Let the walls breathe in case of BV/ BV coating;
&v bull; Compression resistance ≥125 Kpa
• Low weight (less than 32 kg/m3);
Main applications:
• Insulation to provide a thermal barrier to roofs (used in the case of living spaces arranged under the roof);
• Wall insulation in case of request to create a thermal barrier and vapor barrier;
• Floor insulation in If it is necessary to use radiating surfaces;
• Thermal insulating core between masonry elements of the exterior walls to
• Improve thermal insulation of buildings, fire resistance and moisture reduction.
